  • Why do you suggest I upload my RESUME and bring extra copies to the event? Uploading your resume provides employers both at the event and after the event a means of follow up. It also allows for employers to invite you to a scheduled appointment time at our job fairs. Employers also review resumes and contact you directly.
  • How should I dress? What do I bring? SMILE! Look people in the eye, use your FULL NAME. Visit EVERY booth.
    Ask questions. Know your 30 second elevator pitch. Wear comfortable shoes, and dress to impress.  Wear the type of outfit the manager of your position you're applying for would wear.  Bring plenty copies of your resume.  Network with everyone, you may be able to help them and they you, leads may come in unexpected ways.
  • Which employers exhibit at Church Job Fairs? We publish a list of each events scheduled employers days prior on our events page. But that list grows just days before the event, so register to have access to the latest list. Some of the companies that participate in our job fairs include:
  • What do employers provide, and what should they expect to receive? Employers provide candidates with opportunities for both full and part time positions and assistance in how to apply. Some will provide an introductory interview. They receive a 6 foot table, 2 chairs, light refreshments, an amazing Chef Prepared omelet and access to local active job seekers. 
  • How do Employers participate in the Magazine?   
    Job seekers want to know who is waiting for them inside our events. We provide an email list to all who pre-register, and we print a list at the event. Copies are inserted into our Job Fair Magazine where recruiting agencies introduce their opportunity prior to entering.
  • Where will my online Resume and Job Posting reach? Job seekers will have their resumes matched to targeted employers. Employers post their positions to the largest recruitment advertising network in North America, reaching thousand of local, industry and national sites.

  • Can you invoice an employer? Can you put multiple packages on a single invoice?  YES
    Send us an email with the dates and locations you're looking to join, and an invoice will be emailed. Once payment is received your organization will be registered, payments may be made by check or credit card. Prepayment is always required.

  • May we cancel or attend another event if our recruitment needs change? YES. 
    The registration deadline is 14 business days prior to each event at which you may select a future event with no additional charges. Following this date, no refunds or no show credits will be given for future
    events, you forfeit the entire registration fee and will not be allowed to roll that fee into another event. Our events are scheduled to run rain or shine. Any change or cancellations request must be sent to us  via email here. 
  • How does my church host an event, I'd like to refer my pastor?
    The first step is to have your Pastor become familiar with our events. If you've attended, share your experiences, share this website, then have them contact us. We welcome pastors to visit our events firsthand, and give them a tour of how we run our events. Please visit our registration table at our event, and a tour will be provided.
